RE/MAX Moldova shines once again at the 2025 RE/MAX Romania National Convention
This year, on March 27–28, in Cluj-Napoca, the 11th edition of the RE/MAX Romania National Convention – Above the Crowd – took place. It was a large-scale event that brought together over 500 real estate agents and Brokers/Owners from Romania and the Republic of Moldova to combine training, networking, and the celebration of success within the setting of a spectacular gala.
During the event, RE/MAX Invest was in the spotlight, winning a total of 3 international and 10 national awards, further strengthening its status as a market leader in the region.
Alexei Curti, President of RE/MAX Moldova, presented the following awards:

Speakers and Highlights of the Convention Program
At the 2025 RE/MAX Romania National Convention, participants had the chance to learn from top leaders and experts from the real estate industry and beyond. Among the distinguished speakers were:

- Dario Castiglia, President and CEO of RE/MAX Italy, encouraged attendees to dream bigger and shared the remarkable successes of RE/MAX Italy in 2024.
- Kayhan Yıldırım, international RE/MAX trainer from Turkey and negotiation expert, offered valuable insights by comparing negotiation in business to a chess match, highlighting its key role in unlocking opportunities.
- Emil G. Dobrovolschi, motivational speaker and leadership expert, inspired the audience with lessons on decision-making and teamwork, demonstrating how aviation principles apply to business and real estate.
The highlight of the Convention was the RE/MAX Romania Awards 2024 Gala, a prestigious moment where excellence and performance were truly celebrated.
